Possess a valid Postal (USO) or Courier License issued by the relevant agency under the Government of Malaysia.
Associate membership shall be open to firms or companies related to postal and express delivery, logistics, transportation, freight forwarder services industry operating in Malaysia and who did not qualify for Ordinary Member.
